Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum rejects the Hearts Of Oak coaching job?

 


 Accra Hearts Of Oak Football Club on 27th September, 2022 parted ways with Coach Samuel Boadu and it is rumored that former Asante Kotoko manager Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum is set to takeover the coaching job of the Accra-based football club.

Well, information kgnewsonline.com gathers is that Dr. Ogum has rejected the job to coach Hearts Of Oak. According to the Ghana football expert Mohammed Shaban, the former WAFA head coach who is also a lecturer at University Of Cape Coast is not available at the moment for the coaching job.

In a twitter post post the journalist emphatically said the coach is not available to grab the opportunity to takeover the coaching job of Hearts of Oak few months after resigning from the Asante Kotoko job after leading the club to win it's first Ghana Premier League trophy in eight years.

Aside Asante Kotoko Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum a sports psychologist,educationist and lecturer at the University Of Cape Coast has also coached clubs like Karela Fc, Ebusia Dwarfs and WAFA where he led the club to a third place finish in the 2020/2021 gpl season, the highest in the club's history.
