Controversial Ghanaian socialite Andrea Owusu popularly known as Efia Odo has shared how she felt after going to Kantamanto , Ghana's biggest second hand clothes market located in Accra.
Efia Odo who grew up in the USA took to her twitter page to express her love for the open market for cheap clothes stating that she has falling in love with what she saw and will visit there more often.
Efia Odo who bought some vintage boots from Kanta added that she can't believe it took her a long time to go to such a place knowing how adventurous she is.
In her tweet the petite actress and social media influencer wrote,
" On my way home from Kantamanto. It’s my first time going and trust me I think I’ll be going back more often. I can’t believe I’ve been coming to Ghana all this while and I’ve never been there. They have amazing vintage things there. I even found some vintage boots from BeBe. I really love kantamanto."
Kantamanto is Ghana’s biggest second hand clothes market and it’s right in the heart of the capital, Accra; annexed to Makola market the largest point of trade in the city. Kantamanto is a community on its own – full of arrangements of hand-me-down clothes, vehicle spare parts, home decor and footwear, which together give it the look of a grand flea market with almost no space left to spare.
