The Accra Circuit Court has delivered its verdict against Akuapem Poloo for posting nude with her then seven-year-old son to mark his birthday.
Following her guilty plea to three charges, Poloo, born Rosemond Brown, was handed a 90 days sentence by the trial court.
The comedienne and slay queen's act of Polo is seen as a crime; which called for the attention of Child's Rights advocates to intervene.
Following the act by the Child Rights advocates, the accused Akuapem Poloo who pleaded guilty of the offense at the Court of Law and has been sentenced to ninety days(90), equivalent to three (3) months, in prison.
While this charge is seen as a way to check activities of these "so-called slay queens" by some social media users, others see it as an unfair decision and trial.
