Ghana Premier League giants Asante Kotoko have mutually terminated their contract with midfielder Sulley Muniru after only three months.
In a statement released by the club and signed by David Oben Nyarko, the Kumasi based football club's acting communications director and personal assistant of CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah, Asante Kotoko and Sulley Muniru mutually terminated the 28 years old footballer's contract without any financial obligations.
Muniru, the younger brother of former AC Milan & Inter Milan midfielder Sulley Ali Muntari, is now a free agent and can join any club.
Playing less than 10 official games for Asante Kotoko, Muniru Sulley suffered an injury in the club's 1-1 draw game against WAFA in Sogakokpe.
