Mrs. Akosua Serwaa Fosuh, widow of the late Ghanaian music legend Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, has expressed profound gratitude to Ghanaians following an emotional welcome upon her arrival in Accra.
In a press statement issued on Saturday, January 10, Mrs. Fosuh described the reception at the Kotoka International Airport as overwhelming and deeply moving, noting that she had not anticipated the large crowd that gathered to receive her.
She recounted committing her journey from Germany into the hands of God amid flight disruptions across Europe, and said she was overcome with emotion when she realised the crowd had assembled in her honour.
Mrs. Fosuh thanked members of Team Legal Wives for their unwavering support, prayers, and advocacy throughout her journey, describing their unity as a powerful testament to truth, justice, and collective strength.
She also expressed appreciation to the Fosuh family, airport authorities, the Ghana Police Service, event organisers, and supporters who traveled from various parts of the country to welcome her.
Mrs. Fosuh concluded by invoking God’s blessings on all who stood with her, stating that their love and kindness had uplifted her beyond measure.
