women’s leadership and influence across national and international spheres.

Speaking on the release, Prince Akpah, Founder and Managing Director of Avance Media, stated: The
Top 100 Ghanaians Powerlist is our editorial assessment of the most influential Ghanaians. It goes
beyond titles to examine influence, impact, and relevance, recognising those who lead, shape narratives,
and have the power to cause change. The Powerlist is also intended to provoke national reflection on
leadership, and accountability, while documenting how power is exercised across Ghana’s evolving
society.”

Selection for the Powerlist is guided by five key criteria: influence; leadership and authority;
