“I’m Disappointed In Akufo-Addo, I Believed In Him” – D-Black cries

Many Ghanaians have express their disappointment in the President Akufo-Addo-led government.  The latest among the lot is  Ghanaian musician and businessman Desmond Blackmore popularly known as D-Black.

D-Black who joined Prez Akufo Addo's campaign train in the 2016 , voiced his displeasure with the government’s performance on Showbiz 360 on TV3. I had faith in him,” he said. Many of the pledges made by the administration have not been kept, which disappoints me.

D-Black who feels that promises have not been kept brought attention to the urgent problems that require attention and underlined the struggles that the country’s youth and all of its citizens are actually facing.

“A lot is happening to us. We have sight. I also own my own business. Above all, I’m a citizen.
Furthermore, you are obligated as a citizen to report specific violations. Numerous things are not happening the way they need to.

“There are certain errors in the content. The state of our economy is not ideal. Hospitals are insufficient in number. The roads are awful. So much is happening. Many individuals are unhappy, he stated.

D-Black agreed that it’s important for celebrities to express their thoughts on these important issues. “As performers, public figures, and people who look up to us, they expect us to speak and breathe,” he said.
