‘Black Sherif is Bob Marley incarnate living in Ghana’ - Sonnie Badu

 


The release of the much anticipated  “The Villian I Never Was” album  by the fast rising young Ghanaian singer and rapper Black Sherif has seen the talent young musician receive a lot of praise from lovers and followers of Ghanaian music which include top industry players like Sarkodie , Blakk Rasta and multiple award winning gospel singer and preacher Dr. Sonnie Badu who took to his instagram to share how he feels about the ‘SOJA’ hit maker.

In the post sighted on his Instagram page, the founder and leader of the Rockhill church, Dr Badu revealed that he was bewildered by the talent of the young talent. 

Sonnie Badu stated emphatically that he thinks Black Sherif is incarnate of popular Jamaican reggae icon, Bob Marley, adding that the writing and singing abilities of Blacko is very admirable and incredible. 

The ‘Wonder God’ hitmaker also stated that the debut album of Black Sherif shows that he will be one of the giants in music and prayed that God protects his craft from ‘ jealousy, envy, and premature termination

Black Sherif’s “The Villain I Never Was” album consists of fourteen (14) tracks which include his smash hit records, Second Sermon which features Burna Boy, Kweku The Traveller, and the recent one that has made it onto the Billboard chart of the USA, Soja.
