Don't Contest The 2020 Elections - Pastor Alewa Advises John Mahama

Highlife Musician, Ofori Amponsah says National Democratic Congress' candidate for the 2020 general election John Dramani  Mahama should not contest the December 7 2020 elections

According to the "Otoolege" singer, the Ghanaian ex-president, John Mahama has done his bit for the country and the best he could have done was to support others in order for them become good leaders.

Ofori Amponsah popularly called 'Pastor Alewa' by social media  trolls made this known when he spoke on Accra- based Happy FM.

He said,
“If I were him, I will not contest again. He has done too much for us, he should rather be behind and push others. Those advising him are different but if I were to advise him, he should channel his energy and knowledge to helping the young ones. That’s my opinion.
But if he thinks he has an unfinished job and wants to continue, that is in the hands of Ghanaians.”

John Dramani Mahama, Ghana's former president is planning to stage a comeback as the president to fulfill his last four-year term as president of Ghana.
